Our computer crashed and we almost have it back to normal. We didn’t have any back up and my printer and scaner will not scan photo’s, do I have to download something, I checked my files and programs and out copyer is not in there, HELP!!!!

Reinstall the drivers for the devices that won’t work. If you don’t have a driver CD for your devices, go to the manufacturer site and download the driver for the model you have.
